This guesthouse is snuggled into the heart of Chinatown, but extremely thick doors keep out the noise of the 24 hour activities outside. Whatever your tastes are, you'll get it here from the action on the street with cuisine from India, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Europe and Western cultures and people from just about as many places; to thriving electronics and clothing markets to the quiet of the guesthouse with its supply of DVD movies, rooftop bar and quiet rooms.
The Inn provides lots of useful facilities for backpackers like transfers via bus, train, or air to any part of Malaysia or abroad. For air tickets they say if you get a quote they'll beat it by 20-25 RM. They also discount 10% for ISIC international cards so bring it with you for more savings. They also give out free maps and information on other places in Malaysia. And their travel desk is a wealth of information. Paul Lim runs the tour agency here and also helps out with the desk and he and Steve are really helpful.
It seems to be a prime location for other traveller's too as it's really close to the markets and people enjoy chilling in the lounge at night watching the movies. There's no better place to stay than here, and if you're not convinced yet consider you can wake up in the morning and wander down to the bakery below the guesthouse for breakfast.
