The Green Lizard

The Green Lizard is in a good location, only a 3 minutes walk to nearest beach and 5 minutes walk to the Hvar Town centre.

We offer accommodation to suit everyone, from dorms to private rooms which have shower and toilet in the room. Front rooms have a very nice sea view. Private rooms are double or triple rooms. Double/triple room with private shower also has a private balcony with sea view.

There are two outdoor common areas, the terrace in the front and the garden by the kitchen.

When you make a booking online, as a confirmation you first email us and then call us one day before arrival. You can even book on the same day as your arrival if there is availability (and call us to confirm it).

Directions from the bus station and ferry port to the Green Lizard are our web site. These are the directions which you need when you are already in Hvar Town. When you are coming from Dubrovnik by ferry, and sometimes from Split, you can arrive in Stari Grad port on Hvar island. A bus with sign HVAR waits for the ferry. This bus will take you to Hvar Town bus station in about 20 minutes.
