Environment and atmosphere: Place is very clean, they have cleaner to clean the place regaularly (not just once a day), it was fun, busy most of the time. it was very social and friendly people around including the staffs.
Security: i would say it very secure, they have secure locker and it was electronically operated, so does not need any key, you only have to key in your password(4 digit pin)
YHA's service: very nice and comprehensive. they do the booking service (all sort), charge are free. payment service available too, they do accept all sorts of credit card, Visa, mastercard and AMEX. (charge is free). enquiry service, staff working there are very competent, when you travel, you want some useful information and precise information, because you dont want to be mislead and waste of time and money.
General rating (10 is highest, 1 is poorest): 9/10.
