Yes we do have some rules, but they have been made to benefit everyone and make everyones stay more pleasant, but if you behave like a 10 year old, expect to be treated like one. We are a self catering cottage with 5 bedrooms, quiet very clean, homely accommodation. We prefer people who want a quiet relaxed location and know how to clean up after themselves, not a loud party atmosphere where people make a lot of noise with no thought for their fellow travellers or people living close by.10 mins walk to town centre,harbour and beautiful pristine beaches. Great surfing with many different breaks. Swimming snorkelling diving golf tennis aquatic/exercise/gym fishing kayaking dolphins/whale-watching restaurants cinemas aboriginal cultural centre, tours and walks all about 10 mins from guest house. Easy drive to 3 national parks with all they have to offer--walking native animals and flora. Local wineries and produce, fabulous fresh seafood. Mediteranean climate. Guest house has main road frontage off-street parking tv/lounge room, sundeck, hammock garden, gas bbq, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. As well as free linen and bath towel we also offer free boogie boards, surf boards (to experienced surfers only,no exception) beach towels, bicycles, fishing gear.

| Lieu | •Situated on the main coastal highway between Sydney and Melbourne.Coming by car from Sydney head towards the airport and Woollongong along the Princes Highway and follow the Princes Highway all the way to Ulladulla, about three hours. • Alternately, take the coach,about 5 hours journey, Premier from Sydney and Priors from Parramatta. The coach is best, but if you are into train travel, take the train from Sydney Central to Bombaderry/Nowra, then the coach to Ulladulla.(use the coachlines mentioned above and make sure you book before leaving Sydney) • We are situated on the Princes Highway, about 600 metres north of the Post Office, or give us a call and if we can we will pick you up.
