The apartment is located on the Monument. It's a great place with a nice green courtyard. Since it's location is on a hill, the air there is nice and clean; and it's even a few degrees less hot in there in the summer compared to the centre of town. Furthermore you've got all the necessary stores in the neighborhood. The centre of Yerevan is simply reached in ten minutes though, you can use one of the many mini-busses (€0,22) or a cab (€0,22 per km).

The apartment itself is great: very clean, high walls, big rooms, nice decorations, etc. See the plan and photos. There is also a big garage if needed.

You'll be taken care by a very warm couple. They're always busy making it 100% convenient for you. And since the woman has been the boss of a prestigious restaurant ("Sevan"), your meals will be more than excellent (costs not included in the reservation)!
Bedroom 2 will be used by the householders, so Bedroom 1 is available for you. If there are more than 2 persons, there is a double and single bed in the Living Room too. This Living Room is ONLY available if if the Bedroom is full!

To know a couple of Russian and/or Armenian words would be handy for communication with the householders.

Please book a couple of days before arrival and please note that we accept ONLY CASH when paying on arrival!
