• How to get to St Arnaud
• LOCALLY
• Take the No.8 Toorak tram towards Toorak from outside Flinders Street station or anywhere on Swanston St (city) - approx. 10 minutes and get off in Park Street, South Yarra, stop number 24, at the Botanical Gardens. (N.B. not Park Street, South Melbourne - so many people end up there !!!) You then cross the road towards the shops and walk along Park Street for one minute and you will see St Arnaud on your right at 99 Park Street, South Yarra.
• Alternatively, a taxi from the City should cost about $10 to our door.
• FROM THE AIRPORTS
• Need to get to us from Tullamarine Airport? – The Jetbus now operates a direct service to our door between 6AM and midnight for $17 one way or $28 return. Family tickets start from $24 for 1 adult and up to four children. Go to https://secure.starnaudguesthouse.com/jetbusform.html to book your pick-up online.
• A taxi to St Arnaud from the airport should be no more than $65 AUD.
• Or from Avalon Airport if you fly Jetstar you will need the Sita Coaches http://www.sitacoaches.com.au to Southern Cross station
• We do not have any off-street parking at St Arnaud, however:
• The local area has 2 hour on-street parking during the hours of 7.30am - 67.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 12.30pm on Saturday. On-street parking is free outside of these hours.
• A 10 minute walk away is Premier Parking that offers 24 hour secure undercover parking for $8.00. They are not open 24 hours but you may leave your car overnight - the carpark is secured & locked after these hours: (Premier Parking -- Macfarlan Street, South Yarra, VIC -- Height Clearance: 2.1 Metres)
