Bordering the Rideau Canal, the campus of the University of Ottawa is located at a walking distance to the historical ByWard Market, Parliament Hill, the National Arts Centre, the Rideau Centre and much more.
Two types of accommodation are offered on campus:
- Single or double occupancy conventional residences with shared washroom
- Two-bedroom units with kitchenette and 3-piece washroom
Please note that we open in May and close in August for our summer accommodation period at the University of Ottawa. During this time, we rent out our two-bedroom units at 90 University as well as our single and double rooms in the conventional residences.
Our units at 90 University include two separate bedrooms -- each equipped with a double bed, desk and chair, high-speed Internet connectivity (Ethernet cable required), television, and telephone with free local calls -- a three-piece washroom with shower and a kitchenette area. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a table for two (no kitchenware provided). The air-conditioned rooms are $105 per night for single or double occupancy. A $15 charge applies for each additional guest, to a maximum of 4 per unit. We also have a family rate, a convention rate, more economical group rates, a weekly and a monthly rate.
The rooms in our conventional residences are either singles or doubles (one or two twin beds). They include a telephone with free local calls, high-speed Internet connectivity (Ethernet cable required), and a desk and chair. Separate male and female washroom facilities are shared on each floor. There is no air-conditioning. The single rooms are $40 per night for adults and $30 per night for students. The double rooms are $60 for adults and $50 for students. We also have a convention rate, more economical group rates, a $162.50 weekly rate and a monthly rate.
Parking is $13 per day. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:30am.
All room rates noted above are net, non-commissionable rates and do not include applicable taxes (no taxes on monthly stays).
