Our fully solar powered hostel offers dorms and private rooms with shared bathroom. We have a restaurant with family-style home cooked dinners, always with a vegetarian option and always at backpacker prices. Our bar offers icy cold beers, wine, liquors and soft drinks. We have a great book exchange and enough places to read or just relax. We offer hiking tours, kayak, boat trips and games and every sunday we play water volley. Our hammock house will give you the chance to swim right off the dock or just watch the river go by.

The Round House is located on the magical Rio Dulce, 5 miles out of Livingston. We are surrounded by tropical rainforest and only have Access by wáter. We can arrange transport from Rio Dulce for a mínimum of 3 people (Q100pp) and from Livingston (Q40pp). The public boat leaves Rio Dulce at 9:30am and 1:30pm. Tell the driver to drop you off in La Pintada.
