Gallery Dorm is located where the action is, right at the centre of Haad Rin village.
The hostel is 5 minutes walk from Haad-Rin's main beach, near great bars you'll have heard of, like Katkus, Drop In and the Zoom bar. There are parties every night, and this is also where the big full moon rave party is every month.
At Gallery Dorm, we are creating a centre for musicians, DJs, artists and free thinking, artistic people to get together and share ideas, jam, create, or just enjoy the 24 hour bar. (10% discount for guests, to help the creative juices flow!) Musical instruments such as guitars, Bongo drums and didgeridoos are available for jamming or just practice. If you want to make something happen with other artists, or just learn to play for the first time, this is the place for you.
DJs are most welcome to come and share their knowledge and play their music. We have Vestax deck and a 3-channel mixer - just bring your tunes and show us your moves!
If you want to get away from crap music, and "same-same" rip-off backpacker bars, and make something real and living, this is where you want to be. We are party people, and we welcome party people from all over the world. Come and be part of the amazing spirit of Phangan. Make music or chill out and enjoy the music around you.
