Hôtel Bonsejour Montmartre

Clean, Safe, Close to Metro
Family owned, clean rooms, easy access to cafe's, McDonald's, and small grocery stores (Only way to go), beautiful area, they have single beds if you are traveling alone, about the same cost of a hostel with shared dorm rooms, access to internet (no printing) and travel books. There are five floors and no elevator, make sure to get a reservation confirmation or you will change rooms, rooms next to bathroom can be a bit noisy, pay showers. All in all I had a decent stay and would recommend the place for singles or couples who want their own room, but don't want to pay hotel costs.

Basic but clean, good and great value for money
It has the price of a hostel but you get a double/twin room. five minutes from Sacre coeur and actual walking distance from Louvre, Hotel de Ville, and so on. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Owners kind and nice. Having read the other comments here I took the room with the shower: the shower was really in the room (in a corner) and looked funny, but that's ok. Hot water, new shower. We were on the top floor (fifth) and the stairs are kinda steep, but it's no big deal. I paid the same price to be in Athens (supposed to be cheaper than Paris) in a room with twenty more people. Looking at the comments for other hotels and hostels in Paris, this is one of the best choices. If you don't need something fancy, this place is perfect. Great value for money.

Clean comfortable rooms
Clean, comfortable, nice area, close to metro station but Long walking distance from touristic attractions. Stairs, no elevator! If you take a room without a bathroom, know that the toilet is on your floor, but the shower is at the ground floor, and you need to pay. But the shower is hot and with pressure and very clean. I recommend this place.

A very nice place to stay in the great area of Montmartre. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Highly recommended.
