A-Chamine B&B

A-Chamine is a friendly small guesthouse. We like everyone to feel at home & relaxed & informal.We are on the river bank & close to the beautiful Santa Clara Lake in the natural wilderness of Alentejo, Portugal. Swimmers, Walkers, Cyclists, Bird & Animal watchers- along with Spiritual seekers-are our normal clientel.
Xicca Frances is a healer & leads gentle Yoga sessions & Deep Peace Meditations in which all are invited to participate if they desire.
In the summer months stroke improvement lessons are available in the Lake, Healings are available for all people all year round.
Guests often join Xicca Frances in her normal daily activities of Driving to the beaches, lakes & mountains, walking along the river as well as yoga & meditations.
Jeep Tours for Bird & Nature Watching are also offered for those who would like to see the best the area has to offer (abundant wildlife & beauty!) Lunch & usually a Swim is included.
