Our farmhouse ‘Baglio Case Colomba' is an ideal starting point for unforgettable day-trips to many places of cultural and historical interest and to the Nature Reserves of western Sicily, so you can alternate between days spent walking or relaxing in the beautiful countryside dotted with small villages, farms and medieval castles, and excursions by sea and by land to explore the scenic coastline.
‘Baglio Case Colomba' is situated in the hills of western Sicily. In ancient times, the road linking the important Elymian cities of Erice and Segesta passed through the area.
The rustic farmhouse, built around a courtyard, dates from the end of the nineteenth century. Despite recent renovations, all of its original features have been preserved intact.
The property is surrounded by lush orchards that produce a variety of fruits all year round. Fresh farm produce can also be bought from neighbouring houses.
