Does exactly what it says on the tin. Basic but clean and quiet, and very cheap! For only 10 euros you get a room to yourself with a basin, so no queuing just to brush your teeth, and some rooms have a toilet (which feels really odd, doing your business in your own room). Security is good, as every door locks, and you get a key to open the front door in the early hours. The owner can be a bit anal at times, especially when it comes to checking out (he can often be heard firmly saying "I want you out by 12 o'clock!"), but if you try not to bother him too much, you should be fine. The showers have no stall, making showering awkward, and no curtain, but at least the water was hot. There are no other facilities for guests i.e., common room, you pay for the bed and shower and nothing more (this makes meeting people difficult, but note that many international students use this place as a base for finding permanent accommodation during September and February). This place is neither luxurious nor friendly, but if you aren't too picky and are on a tight budget, this is a great choice.

It was so poor that I ran home to Sweden.
