Take the little pass between Stela Hotel (in front of Olsi Hair System). Behind the Kongresi i Permetit Music School you will find a yellow new building (Rr Zenel Baboci, Pallati Ferrrari). In the hall of the building on the 3rd and 5th floor you will find your comfortable place to stay.
