• Berat's new bus terminal is located around 2 kilometers out of city center, and to get here from it just follow the next steps:
• ♦ From the bus terminal walk across the street to the gas station, next to it you will find the city bus stop; this orange buses are a bit old and slow but they only cost 30 lek (0.30 USD).
• ♦ Get off the bus at the 4th stop, after around 10 minutes. You will see a park with an old communist monument (a big albanian flag next to a white rifle) on your right. You can also walk from the terminal for 20 to 25 minutes on Antipatrea street until you reach this point.
• ♦ Continue walking on the same direction for around 100 meters, until you reach the old Gorica bridge. Cross the river to get into Gorica neighborhood.
• ♦ When you reach the end of the bridge, cross the street and you will find a path uphill, follow it (first right and then left) until you reach Nikolla Buhuri street.
• ♦ Continue uphill for around 2 minutes until you see a pretty wooden sign on your right that says 'Ana's Rest House'.
• ------------------------------------------
• As Nikolla Buhuri street goes up from the river into Gorica and then down to the river again, if you miss the old Gorica stone bridge you can cross the river by the newer white hanging bridge, located 500 meters ahead of the first one, and next to Palma Hotel, and after the bridge you can just take Nikolla Buhuri uphill from the other side.
