El Campito Reviews

Description

The cabins are immaculate, with all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay, Air Conditioning, Direct TV on a Plasma Screen, Internet Access, Hot Shower. However, once you are ready to lay your head down for the night, you may want to turn off all that is electrical so that you can listen to the quietness and beauty of nature. Like turning off all that wakens and stimulates us during the day, you too can you have complete relaxation all night long in El Campito Art Lodge. In the distance is the faint whooshing sound of the ocean's waves coming to shore, depositing tiny particles of healing salt that can be felt ever so lightly in the night's air. The occasional gentle pitter patter of rain on the Cabin's roof lulls you to sleep as if being craddled like a baby in her mother's arms. Just before the sun makes it's appearance for the day, you are aroused softly from your sleep by the most angelic songs sung by what must be the tiniest birds in the Rain Forest. Little by little other birds join in, as you too arise slowy but surely, totally rested, rejuvenated and ready for the day.

In addition, and possibly more importantly, el Campito is an Art Lodge as well. Not only will you view magnificent wood sculptued pieces, you may wish to bring your own art supplies as well. There is a large open area with a thatched roof to work on your masterpieces. The atmosphere is undoubtedly inspiring to express your creativeness.
