• If you are coming from the train station walk down Bulevardi Zogu I until you reach the start of Skanderbeg Square. Take a left at Rr. Urani Pano, (where there is an electricity substation behind the tall - Tirana International Hotel building) walk to the T intersection at the end and turn left on Rr. Bardhok Biba. Follow this about 30m and you will see a sign for Center Rooms Oresti on the right wall of the brick building. Ring the bell and come on up. If you come to an arcade with cafes and bars, you have gone too far.
• If you are coming from anywhere else, get to Skanderbeg Square.Then follow the street the horse and rider are facing (Bulevardi Zogu I) and head between the brilliant mosaic-fronted National History Museum (on left) and the Tirana International Hotel on right, (one of Tirana’s tallest buildings). Keep to the right side of the street and take the first right (Rr. Urani Pano) at the back of the Tirana International Hotel where the small electricity sub-station is. Follow this thin road to the end turning left where the brand new apartment building is. This is Rr. Bardhok Biba. About 30m in on the right you will see the sign for Center Rooms Oresti.
