We invite You to Apartment Lučica, located in a small village Sutivan on the island of Brač, that we would like to present as a quiet Mediterranean place with beautiful forested beaches and wooded walking paths that stretch from Lučica bay to the bays Prbuja, Stiniva, Stipanska, Mala Tiha and Vičja port. In the bays mentioned above there are beautiful beaches, where every visitor can find some peace and quiet and a natural environment of true Mediterranean atmosphere. Sutivan is an ideal place for pleasant family holidays.
The house is located in a quiet area called Lučica, just 5 m from the sea, 70 m from the nearest pebble beach and 100 m from the center.
The apartment is categorized with 3 stars, has a terrace with an outside grill, air condition and a parking place in front of the house.
In addition to a pleasant vacation in Sutivan, other activities are also available, such as renting boats, bicycles, kayaks, jet skis, surfboards, scuba diving and leisure sports facilities in the resort Nature Park Sutivan. A large sandy beach with cocktail bar-restaurant Modrulj is located approximately 15 minutes on foot, an easy stroll by the sea. A supermarket, bakery, stand with fruits and vegetables and the post office are located about 300 meters from the house. The world-famous festival of extreme sports, Vanka regule takes place every year in July, as well as the tournaments in football and bocce.

• Sutivan is located 7 km west of Supetar town and port, connected to Split by everyday ferry lines. This 15th century place has to offer, besides sacral monuments, a dozen architecturally fascinating Renaissance houses and baroque summer residences. The beaches in Sutivan are mostly pebble beaches, a sandy beach can be found in the near bay Livka. There is a beautiful park in the town center, with a line of palm-trees, as well as a garden wooded with Aleppo and cluster pines. This makes romantic summer evenings in Sutivan perfect for pleasant walks. As for gastronomy, taverns and restaurants offer local specialties and local wine. For those more keen on spending their vacation actively, the area surrounding cape Gomilica is suitable for spear-fishing. Sutivan bay offers berths for small yachts, while larger boats need be moored out of port.
• The most attractive, internationally acclaimed event is undoubtedly a sport festival Vanka regule (literally translated as „Out of control“) which, for years now, attracts plenty attention of the media and an ever-increasing number of participants and spectators. This „Vanka regule“ week is by far the craziest week you can experience in Sutivan, for its days of events and competitions, and nights of entertainment and parties.
• There is also an annual „Sutivan summer“ which includes various cultural, artistic and entertaining manifestations. Exhibitions of paintings, sculptures and etnographic artefacts; stage performances and concerts are held on the summer stage Kavanjin; concerts of local a cappella singing groups( „klapa“), folklore groups and dance evenings are held on the main square; painting workshops, classical music concerts in the parish church. On August 16, in honour of the town's patron saint, St. Rocco, a large festivity is organized. As part of „Sutivan summer“, fishermen fests are held weekly, with live music and fish specialties cooked by local people only for You.
