From the bus or train station you have to proceed air port road. Near Anuradhapura general hospital there is a place called 'Kada Panaha" In front of it there are 03 lanes and choose middle one (There is a sign board of "milano Tourist Rest" at the beginning of that lane.) Proceed about 150 meters through that lane and you will get 'Milano Tourist Rest.'
