We offer six self-contained,fully-equipped studio rooms in a pretty and peaceful environment just 50 metres from the beach and sea-front.Our accommodation is located in Kini,a picturesque fishing village on the west coast of Syros,just 9 kilometres from the main town/port of Ermoupolis.Situated in a narrow lane off Kini harbour,it is quiet and safe in a friendly Greek neighbourhood,offering visitors an authentic experience with Greek hospitality.Each studio/room is equipped with cooking facilities,a refrigerator,a kettle,air-conditioning,a television and an ensuite bathroom.We also offer a complimentary Wi-Fi connection,an exchange library,a laundry service and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming/ beach.
There is a mini-market in Kini each bringing fresh bread,fruit and vegetables on a daily basis,a souvenir shop which also sells many other things,a car/moped rental business,a souvlaki bar,several tavernas,snack- bar and a cafeteria.
There is a regular summer bus service from Kini to Ermoupolis,€1.80 per ticket.
For those who like walking to the north of Kini is Delfini beach,a 20 minute walk around the coastal path or 35 minutes on the road through the hill.There is a taverna,beach bar and a canteen,there are sun-beds on the right-hand side of the beach.To the south of Kini,a 10 minute walk behind the main beach is Loto,a pretty beach with plenty of shade.
In search of remote beaches?.... a speed-boat trip with Nikos on Perla leaves Kini calling at all the beaches on the north-western coast of Syros,great getaway for those looking for inaccessible,quiet,unspoilt areas to discover.A return trip costs €20.00 per person.

Location
On leaving the ferry boat,turn right and proceed towards the exit gate.The bus station//stop is situated here,take the bus to Kini(a ticket costs €1.80 per person)There are also taxis here,a taxi costs approximately €11.00 to Kini.On leaving the bus on Kini sea-front at the mermaid statue,turn right in the opposite direction of the main beach.Keep walking around the harbour until you arrive at the small beach,behind the beach is a taverna called Ammos. In front of the taverna is a lane off to the right,our rooms are situated 50 metres inside the lane on the left-hand side.
