"East Timor Backpackers is quite a good deal. Owned by an eccentric Aussie electrician, and ultimately looked after by the beautiful Rita, this place has a great and friendly staff and it is quite a cozy place. There are a number of common areas great for making friends and there are motor bikes for hire. It's possibly the only place for this in Dili.
The Location
