"Loch Ossian hostel is one of those jewels that probably rarely gets visited. Nestled perfectly in the scottish highlands next to a loch.
Stop off atthe Corrour railway station (on way to Fort William) and then its a 30minute walk to the hostel (no cars allowed). Remotenes is perfect with the only train back south to civilisation on the Sunday night at 6pm !
The hostel is total eco friendly, all food has to be carrried in and all rubbish carried out, dry drop toilets, wind powered electricity (oh and no showers)
