"Not so good whatsoever - The staff were magic. They did all they could to cover up the poor situation they were working in. The decor was appalling, the reception looked chipped and sad, the en-suites were of pathetic workmanship. The carpets on the stairs are threadbare. The so called function room was like a scout hut. The chefs were working with a substandard kitchen (although the food was superb -- try the chips and sweets, fantastic). If this was my house I would be embarrassed to invite people in.
