Sarpsborg Albergues    "This hostel was built to be a hostel and is open all year. There are pictures on the wall telling the history of the hostel and how it was built. A very cute log building adjoins a newer wing of the hostel and there is a lot of personality here. The staff are also very friendly, the reception sells ice cream and has bicycles available for rent (but only two bikes).
