"Initially, it was bad. I had reserved family quarters (daughter, thirteen; son, fifteen; and myself) a week before, from St. Petersburg Russia. The directions were easy enough from the train station, which had spent the day bringing us from Ulea, Sweden, 17JUL2004. We already had altitude, so it was a fairly level kilometer walk to the Victoria Hotel. The receptionist gave us a key and directions to the separate cabin, and wanted to call a cab for us.
