"A friendly oasis in KB - Cerana is extremely centrally located on a small tree-covered square just adjacent to the bus station, night markets, many restaurants, and all downtown sights. The staff are friendly, helpful, and laid-back (they "only run the place for fun, not because it brings in much money"). There are only six double rooms in the main building which are clean and comfortable, dorms are located across the street in another, so you must negotiate the morning ladies line-dancing group to get your coffee and toast.
