"Johan's Place is certainly an odd one. There is no obvious address or phone number. It is however the only place with dormitories on the island. The staff are not especially friendly and are possibly the most useless for general information or assistance we have ever encountered. We arrived on Chinese New Year and instead of filling the place up as they could have done, they had closed it so as to avoid dealing with the extra work of more guests than usual.
