Assisi Albergues     "The Ostello di Assisi Hostel or Hostel of Peace definitely lives up to its name. The hostel is situated a short way down the hill and through some olive groves from Assisi, where St. Francis of Assisi -- the saint associated with peace -- was from. The walk is about ten minutes from the bus station. When leaving the hostel there is a bus stop about ten minutes down from the hostel, so bags don´t have to be wrestled up the slopes.
