Near the Naples train station, take a bus to Molo Beverello, the port. From there, take a ferry to Ischia, then take the #1 bus to the hostel. (The bus ride is about half an hour.)
Breakfast and sheets are provided, but the breakfast consists of a packaged bun with jam and a token for the 0.50 euro coffee machine. It is picked up at the front desk between 8 and 10 AM, so...
