"Search for another - On the day we arrived, our room wasn't free yet because they had mixed up the dates and scheduled our arrival for the next day. So they settled us in for the night in one of the cellar rooms, which had a shared bathroom, though we requested an included bathroom in our booking reservation. Not that I would have minded it that much, if they had at least given us some discount, but nothing. Lucca is a great medieval city... there is a church that has different style columns, it's so beautiful.. as is the rest of the Tuscany. But the gelato here is awsome!!!! Take a look to this nice city, you won't be dissapointed. — Chio

This city has medieval walls and inside there are miles of old narrow streets. We rented bikes and biked on the paths that go along the top of the walls. — Anonymous
