Well, lo and behold, I was quite amazed. I was greeted upon arrival by a very friendly and jolly Irish/Aussie by the name of John. John appears to be the new management as he dealt with all the bookings, telephone calls, complaints [very few] and general run of the place. No dreaded Martin in sight.
