It would be nice if it were a bit closer to the center of the city, but it's less than five minutes from the nearest metro stop, making it a great location for exploring Lyon. "Have stayed here twice - great location in the city centre, clean although the decor shabby. Simple but adequate. Would advise lone travels taking a single room to get one on level two or above. As a incident occurred when I was there where a man climbed on to the first floor room to enter the hotel.
