Arras Albergues   "The youth hostel is located near the "Place des Heroes", which is near the tourist office. At the tourist office, they will give you a map to the hostel. It is a fairly small town, so it is possible to walk around to the sites and there are several bakeries, postcard shops, and cafes nearby.
