"It seems interesting to me that because this place it not what people call up to par as far as repairs and fixtures or accommodations that they are quick to judge. Has anyone ever really talked to, as you folks call "the man that doesn't answer the phone"? Have you ever found out ehy perhaps he keeps the place the way it is?
