"I had tried to make my reservation online, but Majdas Room did not show as having availability. But, I decided to send her an email anyway, and arrived in Mostar, relieved to find Majda was expecting me, and waiting to take me her her wonderful place. Be careful when you get off the bus, as there might be another Majda, so check to make sure by looking closely at the card they show you, and double checking the address. "Nice place to stay, no atmosphere. - Nice and cheap place to stay but we had nowhere to leave our luggage (left them at a tiny but nice rock bar in the center, can't recall the name but the owner was Buba -- great guy). Check out was at 11am but they woke us up at 10 am and every 15min thereafter in order to leave the room. Hot water for half a shower, after that cold water rules. "Very good hostel - Miran is a perfect host. He give you a lot of information and helps if you need. The location is perfect, three minute by foot from the old bridge and from the bus station. "Clean, comfortable, and great location - Hostel Miturno is, as far as I can tell, the only "proper" hostel in Mostar, as opposed to homestay-type accommodation, which could mean it doesn't have to try too hard -- but it does! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are basic but clean and modern; there is a common area of sorts and the hostel is so small it's easy to meet people. "This really is your best choice if staying in Mostar. Its location is excellent, a few minutes' walk to the old bridge, and it's right on top of all the bars and restaurants. However it is quite difficult to find, make sure you ask for directions rather than try to find it yourself (the street is not on most maps). The man who runs it is really friendly and speaks good English. The room is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's not actually a hostel, it is more like a hotel. Reasonably priced.
