There's a cool store with only books by or related to Kafka, if you're interested in him at all. It's somewhere near the Old Town Square. Most people speak English as well as Czech in
. As long as you learn please and thank you, you'll be fine (thank you isn't pronounced as it's spelled, by the way, so ask someone how to say it before attempting it or you may be really off).
Had a great time in
, lots of sights to see and cheap food to eat - great!!
… Cesky Krumlov is amazing. Make sure you go as soon as possible, before it truly becomes overrun by tourists and the prices double.
I took my 2 parrots to
with me and the three of us had a great time! Czech women are beautiful.
is an awesome city and definitely justifies more than just a short city break. Despite its increasing appeal to tourists, it's still relatively cheap. The night life is brilliant too, so prepare to catch up on sleep when you get back -- there is plenty to do by either day or night.
Banditos' is an amazing place to eat and meet people in
. To drink, there's Blind Eye, Bloody Freddy's and Hells Bells. Prague is as cheap as you want it to be as long as you know where to go. The Czechs aren't stupid -- if you've got money to spend then they will know it. Be nice, tip well and meet some locals. They'll look after you.
