Informe de Hostelz.com
Hostel Bell should really be called a guesthouse, because you feel as though you are staying in someone's house, not in a hostel. Upon arrival you are greeted by a member of staff, if not the owner, and they ensure you settle in and have everything you need (including local Prague knowledge). They'll then return the following morning and offer tea or coffee before you start your day of sightseeing.

The hostel is ideally located near the top of the main street of Prague, close to the museum and transport links. Surrounding eateries are reasonably cheap if you don't feel like venturing too far, otherwise the Bell's kitchen is more than sufficient for do-it-yourself meals.

Bedrooms range from small and private to a medium-sized shared dorm, all with ample space and comfort. The building is an older-style block and consequently, walls are thin, so noise in the next room could be a problem for the unlucky. Security for your personal belongings is minimal (unless you're in a smaller room with your own key) so lock up your bags. The premises is always locked to the public.

Shared bathroom is always exceptionally clean, just keep in mind there are only two toilets for everyone so don't take too long. The kitchen and common area are combined, but unlike a hostel, the common area is not a very social place and seems to only be used for people having a bite to eat. Overall, the Bell Hostel is great value for money and an excellent base for your visit to Prague.

Worse than you can imagine
this place sucks. dirty, noisy, past century furniture, seven beds in six-bed dorms and lets not mention the bathrooms (dirty, one toilet for all the guests)! and be aware of bedbugs, lots of animal life in there! avoid it if you can!

I was really happy that Hostel Bell was able to accommodate my late check in. I arrived in Prague on a redeye flight at midnight and they picked me up from the airport at a minimal cost. However, they were not able to make change for a large bill and there is no reception in the morning. I have been waiting for over an hour to receive my extra money. I will be very angry if they rip me off. Other than that, they offer free internet (which is a bonus) and they do give free sheets.
