• Airport Shuttle. The 'Airport Minibus' Service takes you directly to GH for HUF 2300/10Euro pro person within 60 minutes. You can book the ticket for either one-way or return at the arrival hall.
• - Public Transportation. Take the local blue Repterbus/Airport Bus no 200 from the airport until its last stop. Tickets are available at the newspaper desk at the airport for HUF 230 one way. (Be sure to buy two tickets). The bus will bring you to the blue metro line (M3). Use your second ticket at the entrance of the Metro. From the Kobanya-Kispest metro station, ride until the Ferenciek tere Station. Come up from the metro on the left-hand side. To your left you will see a Catholic church, to the left of the church is the busy Kossuth L. utca (street). Walk along Kossuth L. utca for 100m until the first street, which is Szep utca. You will find GH at the end of Szep utca, on the right side after the Internet Café. Doorbells are on the wall just left from the entrance. Look for 'Ginkgo' written red in the top row. The entire trip will take about 40-90 minutes.
• - Taxi. Zona taxi takes you from the exit of the airport to GH for a flat rate of 3500HUF/14Euro. Otherwise Taxi service in the city is only reliable if you book by telephone, so please ask the receptionist at GH hostel to assist you. Otherwise be sure to confirm the price before starting your ride.
• 2. From Train Stations
• - from Keleti or Deli Station take the red line metro (M2) to Astoria. After stepping out of the metro, take the escalator up. You will be in an underground plaza, not yet at street level. From here there are a few stairs on your left which exit to the street; take the one that is most directly in front of you. You will then be on the noisy Kossuth L. utca (street). Walk straight along Kossuth L. utca. The second street on your left will be Szep utca. You find GH on the right side of Szep utca.
• - from Nyugati Station take the blue line metro (M3) until Ferenciek tere. Come up from the metro on the left-hand side. To your left you will see a Catholic church, to the left of the church is the busy Kossuth L. utca. Walk along Kossuth L. utca for 100m until the first street, which is Szep utca. • 3. From Bus terminals
• - Bus terminals are next to metro stations. Look for line M2 or M3 and see the Train Station section above for further details.
• 4. By car
• Szep utca is a one way street, entering from Realtanoda utca is possible. Keep in mind though that there is no free parking in the city center, however in 10 minutes walking distance we can recommend you a parking fee- free zone. One day parking in downtown cost you ap. 7Euro. Write us for further details.
