HI - Tallinn - Tallinn Backpackers Hostel

Tallinn Backpackers is also called Old Town Backpackers and is ideally located in the old town. It is a rather unique hostel with quirky additions. The greatest draw-card has to be the gorgeous free sauna and big screen to watch one of the many movies they have. This is ideal in the cold winter months especially since Tallinn is one of the coldest cities in Europe! The one dorm room is laid out like a mini-golf course, complete with green felt flooring, little hills, and holes -- playing golf amongst the bunk beds is a very different experience! The other dorm room also doubles up as the lounge and TV room so could be annoying if you fancy an early night.

The well-equipped and modern kitchen has another small lounge leading off it and just down the hall is an amazing bathroom. It's beautifully tiled, massive, and has an awesome power-shower cross jacuzzi bath (though the jacuzzi is disabled at the moment). Showering in this bathroom you can momentarily forget that you are a dirty backpacker and feel pampered and posh! The hostel is kept spotlessly clean by the team of staff who working and living in the hostel and the hostel is kept warm and cozy by the log fire in the lounge. This is a good hostel for socialising and partying, especially since there are quite a few good clubs nearby.
