Corner Hostel, a uniquely decorated hostel, is ideally located very close to the old town, train, and bus station as well as a huge shopping mall. The hostel is aptly named as it's on the corner, so it's easy to find.
The four dorms are creatively decorated to a different theme -- News Room, Rainbow Room, Safari Room, and Music Room. They have mini lounges in the centre, which is great for social drinks and getting to know each other before heading out to the nearby clubs that the funky, young staff will suggest for you. Lockers are included in the rooms, plus each dorm room can be locked so valuables are fairly safe.
The Corner Hostel is spotlessly clean, especially the numerous bathrooms. The modern kitchen has all the necessary equipment plus loads of sharing basic goods like salt and pepper and tea and coffee. It also offers socialising opportunities. Breakfast is included and served in the downstairs area. It's better than the usual basic spread and is plentiful. Though this hostel doesn't have a TV, it has free internet and a reasonably priced laundry service. The Corner Hostel is greatly flexible in that it can be a great party place or quiet and homey, depending on how many people are in the hostel at the time.
