Avoid this bag of rubbish! We arrived there expecting to get the two rooms (four beds and three beds) regularly reserved with a one-month advance, but only the room for four was available. Staff very unprepared, awful organization, cleanliness absent, and persistent stink. Hint -- suppress this sh*tty structure. Do not book there. It's a deception.

Do not choose this "hostel." First of all it is not a hostel, it is a department! Then we booked for four beds and they gave us two beds to share!

Do not choose this hostel! The only one advantage is that this is near to Vatican, and near to the metro line A. We had reserved two beds room with own bathroom and breakfast. And when we got there we had been told that breakfast is not included, we cannot pay by credit card, we get no towels, and can not use the internet (we wanted to check twice what is written on their homepage). "Our" bedroom looked like a rubbish-shoot, there was an old trusty solarium-machine in one side and the other side was an old bed made of iron without mattress, between them was our bed, with raunchy bedclothes. In the bathroom there was only one small lamp the others did not work. I feelt like we stayed at a casual ward and not a hostel. Rome is great, I love this city, but I am sure next time we will be more carefully to choose quarters. Check twice before you pay!

The hostel was a really good deal for a cheap price in the vatican area. We had a double room, the location was nice like a hotel everything was clean, and the girl helpful to tell us everything we d like to know. So if you like to stay in a quite place in a nice room I can recommend this place.

This hostel was the worst thing that happend to us in Rome. We booked with them online and paid the deposit before we left our previous city. When we got there they simply told us they had no room and turned us out into the street! We spent the rest of the day looking for a room. The woman was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful plus it is not in a good location! Do not stay here.
