Located in South West Scotland just outside the town of Ayr, Wilson Hall is the main hall of residence for students attending the Scottish Agricultural College at Auchincruive Campus.
Rooms in Wilson Hall are mainly single rooms, with a few twin bedded rooms. TV lounge, laundry facilities, tea and coffee making facilities are available for guests, as well as a public telephone. Guests share shower and bathroom facilities which are well appointed throughout the building. Family rooms (4 beds) may be available on request.
The campus is situated in an enviable position in the heart of Burns Country and enjoys all the benefits of a tranquil country estate, yet it is only 10 minutes from Ayr Town Centre and the Beach.
We are in the heart of Scotland's Golf Country, close to Turnberry, Royal Troon and Prestwick Golf Club (the first course to host an Open Golf Championship) with many other courses near by, some of which host qualifying tournaments for The Open. (Details of local Golf Courses available on request).

| Localización | •Wilson Hall is on the Ayr Campus of SAC (Scottish Agricultural College) and is about 3 miles from Ayr Town Centre on the B743 road to Mauchline. The No. 52 bus to Annbank stops outside the College Gates, this bus runs from the Town Centre every 20 minutes until 6pm and then runs every 30 minutes until around 11 pm. • We are close to Glasgow Prestwick International Airport (about 5 miles), to the Seacat Ferry Terminal at Troon (about 8 miles) for sea travel to Northern Ireland and about 35 miles from Glasgow Airport. There are also bus and train links to Glasgow for onward travel throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK. • Directions for road travel available on request. |
