City Central Backpackers

City Central is the place to be if you are looking to meet fellow travelers and have some fun. We are one of only a few Hostels that are on the main street of City, George Street. Located in China Town where things are always on the go 24/7. We are under 5 mins walk from Central Station for all your transport needs. There are plenty of Pubs/Clubs including Paddy Maguire's our local and yes when you check in you get a free Key ring to use at Paddy's for cheaper drinks/meals. After you have finished exploring China Town then take a 5 min walk to Darling Harbour for some fun or even a quick 25 min walk to Circular Quay for all your site seeing needs. We have fully equipped kitchen, large TV room, full laundry facilities (including iron) plenty of chill out areas to hang out with friends. Large internet room with FREE internet also FREE WIFI no BS its free and its ADSL2 super fast, we also have a super big DVD range and yes there FREE and if all that's not enough for the max chill then peep this we also have PS3 and XBOX360 FREE games in our internet room. We allow drinking in the building (in moderation). Security is handled via a swipe card system for the front door 24/7 and a night manager. In side the rooms we have large lockers (you must use your own padlock) and reception can look after your valuables as well if needed. So if you're up for a good time and a cheep price or a quick stop over then check us out. We also handle smaller groups for events at the entertainment center/capitol Theatre (both under 5 mins walk from us).
