Awful
Everyone except the manager were really nice. The three of us who stayed there for three days were told by her we only made problems for them. We are really shocked of this treatment and the service by this so-called manager. Don't bother with YHA Liverpool, find somewhere else to spend the night.

really it is very nice hostel, the staff are very friendly -- they will help you for what you need. the food is good, especially the english breakfast. I stayed three nights and I met guys from different countries. the location of the hostel is perfect, neat. the tourist attractions from the coach station it cost me 5 pounds to get there. finally i think it is the best hostel in Liverpool.
