I stayed here in summer of 2005 and loved it. It is in a good location, very quiet and next to a beautiful river and if you cross the bridge outside of the hostel then you can find loads of pubs and restaurants. It is near the University of Innsbruck so loads of cool bars and partys going on around there too. The people that I met at the hostel were all very interesting and friendly. There were no dodgy characters really. You can walk into the centre of Innsbruck quite easily from the hostel
The hostel gives you a Club Innsbruck card so you can go hiking which I found fab. The hiking is amazing and did not want to leave Innsbruck. It is the ideal place in the world if you want relaxtion, nature and the locals are really friendly.
