HI - Graz - Jugend & Familiengästehaus Graz Hostel

It's an HI, it's what you expect
the best part of this hostel is that the beds are made for you, which is so nice after the good walk there from the train station. the centre of town is also a trek so there's actually not much around the hostel at all. this hostel is just like any other HI hostel in central europe -- it's clean; has nice bathrooms; good breakfast; no guest kitchen; and full of families and tour groups, which makes it kind of boring, but good enough.

Well, even though I had my worst night here it wasnt the hostel's fault. I had some very loud, inconsiderate neighbours who were shouting, laughing, singing, and even playing a guitar until past 1 in the morning. I complained and I think people like that should be banned from YHI hostels. But the dorm was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. They even made the bed for you which is nice if your bed making skills are as bad as mine. There are good signs along the way to help find the hostel. Breakfast is included.

It has clean room with clean sheets and towels. The staff and friendly and they have activities in the garden. And Graz it's a lovely place.

Excellent hotel-like breakfast. Clean room, excellent bathroom with towels. Cozy garden around the hostel. Quite close to train station. Polite personnel. Overall, it is one of the best hostels I've visited. Non-free internet.

This place is great, clean and safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance of the city center and close to the main train station. It seems to be very well suited toward families with small children but single lone travelers like myself are equally welcomed. I would come back here when I'm in Graz again.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is very central to the city. It was very clean and had a nice polite staff who spoke good English. I would go there again.
