PAY THE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE AT THE BORDER; ANYWHERE ELSE IS MORE EXPENSIVE, VERY HANDY IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. THERE IS ALSO A FEE WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY AT THE BORDER AND THE TOOL GATES.
