Monteverde most friendly and helpful place to stay. Budget to moderatly priced, the Pension Santa Elena offers full services: lots of info, e-mail, laundry, guided tours, horseback riding, canopy tours, shortcuts to Arenal Volcano, daily shuttles, etc.
We love this area, and we do everything we can to help you discover our majestic Cloud Forest. If you are looking for a convivial place, meeting, and exchanging info with fellow travelers, you are more than welcome.
Types of room:
Budget rooms starting at $USD 5 per person with shared bathroom, $ 7.50 p.p. with private bathroom in the main house.
We also have 2 other houses on the property, with nicer, and larger rooms from $20 up to $40 for a 2 room suite with a small living room, and 7 large windows, accommodating up to 6 persons.
Use of our fully equipped community kitchen with recycling system, is included. Since we are the home of Monteverdeinfo.com, you can guess that we know the area quite a bit. If you have any questions, please write!
