This is a busy hostel, being a 10 minute walk from the central train and bus station (hostel is marked on the street map directly outside the station). It would definitely pay to book!
It has a friendly atmosphere, with free coffee or chocolate to drink while reading all the helpful information in reception. Comfortable warm rooms, with decent free lockers (bring a padlock) and free linen. It has all the facilities you'll need, cheap laundry, and internet, free storage for as long as you need, smokey tv lounge (rooms smoke free) good size kitchen, huge dining/casual areas. But all of which could do with a good cleaning. There are plenty of toilets and showers and the rooms all have wash basins, and bed side lights.
The hostel is surrounded by plenty of culinary choice to suit all budgets, but a good cheap breakfast can be bought in the hostel. And they can arrange various different tours to suit you, as well as currency exchange. Be sure to ask for your wake up call!
