River Valley Adventure Lodge

River Valley is an adventure lodge situated in stunning scenary, it is located next to the Rangitikei river. Accommodation options vary from camping and bunk rooms to extremely comfortable en-suite riverside guest rooms. There is a cafe and bar on site as well as self catering facilities.

River Valley operates various adventure activities, including Grade 5 white water rafting, scenic rafting, inflatable kayaking, horse trekking, and guided hikes to the summit of Aorangi. Softer activities available are a nine hole golf course, volleyball and petanque! and there is a hot tub, wood burning sauna and infrared sauna to ease those aching muscles after an adrenalin filled day.

Also available in the area is Mokai Gravity Canyon Bungi, at Mokai you can choose to bungy 80 metres, canyon swing (at least 60 metres of free fall!) or hurtle down the worlds highest flying fox at 160kph.
